The current communication requires, both in small and medium-sized companies, a careful relationship with the public through Social Networks.

Editorial plan 

Communication on Social Networks must be based on an editorial plan, which with an editorial calendar determines the pace of communication. The editorial plan is decided on the basis of the marketing plan and the objectives of the company.

Prepare the team

The team will have to know the Social Networks, enter the logic of communication on the web, manage pages and accounts with materials that will have to prepare according to the editorial plan.

Learning to manage "a crisis", or an attack on our page, to use all the tools that the various social networks make available to us, learning to read the changes, the Social is constantly changing, becoming flexible, creative, and autonomous is the purpose of the courses I propose.

Communication design

Communication, and here I am speaking in particular of that on Social Media, can no longer be improvised or even managed from the outside. Over the years, I have developed the belief that all management must be entrusted to a manager within the company. The manager will then have to manage the Social Team that will take care of the various Social Networks.

Social team

The Social Team manages on site, from the various branches or shops, the most appropriate social networks for the company, coordinating with the customer service and the communication manager.

Social management

Each social network has its rules, its target, its language. Once those functional to the company have been identified, the team elements will be formed so that they can independently manage the company pages.
